All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your AG Jeans items arrive in perfect condition. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
International Shipping

Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns page or contact our customer service team. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, or we can send a replacement if requested.
